1. Technologies we use
The website uses a mechanism that stores the user's analytics preference and, only after consent has been given, Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and acquisition sources and Microsoft Clarity to analyse how the website is used.
If analytics are rejected, neither Google Analytics 4 nor Microsoft Clarity is activated. The website does not currently use advertising or marketing tools such as Meta Pixel or remarketing systems.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small pieces of information stored in a browser or other end-user device. Other storage or access mechanisms, including localStorage, may have a similar technical effect.
3. Remembering privacy settings
The browser's localStorage stores only the analytics preference under the key iurisnova-analytics-consent. This allows the website to remember the user's decision on subsequent visits and avoids displaying the consent prompt again unnecessarily.
You can change this decision at any time using the “Privacy settings” option in the website footer or by removing site data in your browser settings.
4. Google Analytics 4
After consent has been given, Google Analytics 4 is activated using measurement ID G-88H5W74JX0. It is used to produce website traffic statistics, including visits, acquisition sources, landing pages, visited pages, devices and browsers, and events related to use of the website.
Google Analytics 4 is activated only after analytics consent. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation remain disabled. Once analytics consent has been given, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies required for statistical measurement.
5. Microsoft Clarity
After consent has been given, Microsoft Clarity is activated. It is used to analyse website use, including user-behaviour statistics, heatmaps and session recordings. For this purpose it may process visited pages, interactions with the interface, device and browser information, technical connection parameters and pseudonymous session or user identifiers.
Clarity is configured for analytics purposes only. We do not grant consent for advertising storage. Once analytics consent has been given, Clarity may use cookies or similar technologies required to maintain analysis across page views and sessions.
6. Consent and withdrawal
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are activated only after the user selects “Accept analytics”. Taking no action or selecting “Reject” does not activate these tools.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time using “Privacy settings” in the website footer. Withdrawal stops further activation of analytics and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
7. Browser settings
Browsers allow users to control or remove cookies and other site data. Removing data for iurisnova.pl may also delete the stored analytics preference, in which case the website will ask you to choose your privacy settings again.
8. Personal data
Information about the controller, purposes and legal bases of processing, data recipients, transfers outside the EEA and data-subject rights is available in the Privacy policy.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy is updated if the technologies used, the operation of the website or legal requirements change.
