2. Nature and scope of the service
The electronically supplied service currently consists of free public access to information about IurisNova, the legal technology systems being developed and their current status.
The public KLAUZULE page describes the system under development and its architecture. Visiting the page does not start a contract-analysis service, create an account or currently allow a document to be submitted for review.
3. Formation and termination of the information-service agreement
An agreement for free access to the information is formed for the duration of the user's visit when a page of the website is requested. The user may end use of the service at any time by leaving the website or closing the page.
4. Technical requirements
Use of the public website requires:
- a device with internet access,
- an up-to-date browser supporting standard HTML and CSS technologies,
- support for HTTPS.
The public website does not require additional software to be installed.
5. Rules of use
The website must not be used unlawfully or in a way that infringes third-party rights, system security or service availability. In particular, users must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation of the service or transmit unlawful content through electronic channels provided by the operator.
6. Nature of the information
Content on the public website is general and informational. It does not constitute individual legal advice or a legal opinion on a specific set of facts.
Visiting the website or sending an email does not in itself create a legal-services agreement, constitute acceptance of an instruction or create a lawyer-client relationship. If the parties separately agree a specific professional service, its scope and terms will follow from separate arrangements or an agreement.
7. Product and feature status
Descriptions of IurisNova solutions may include features that are being designed, tested or activated in a controlled manner. Information about architecture or intended operation is not a guarantee that a specific production feature is available unless the website expressly states otherwise.
8. Rights in content and branding
Website content, layout, documentation, graphics, product names and branding may be protected by copyright, industrial-property rights or other rights. Use of the website does not transfer any rights in those materials to the user except to the extent required by mandatory law.
9. Availability and external links
The operator may carry out maintenance and develop the website, which may cause temporary unavailability. Links to external sources are provided for information; the operation and content of external websites remain the responsibility of their respective operators.
10. Complaints concerning the electronic service
A complaint concerning operation of the public website may be sent to kancelaria@iurisnova.pl. The message should describe the issue and include information that allows a response to be provided.
Complaints are considered within 14 days after sufficient information to assess the matter has been received. If additional information is required, the period runs from the date on which the submission is completed.
11. Privacy and cookies
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy policy. The current use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie policy.
12. Governing law and changes
Use of the service is governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory rights of consumers and other users. The current version of this legal information and these terms is published on the website.
